Last night, Thursday 2 June 2016, Tg1 at 8.00 pm showed a report on Bottega Tifernate: it is another useful step towards understanding the true nature of this profession: an almost completely manual job, which draws heavily from the experience of Renaissance artisan workshops and does so by working entirely in Italy.
