Welcome to bottegatifernate.com ("Site"). These general terms of sale ("Terms of Sale") govern the purchase of products through our Site. 1. Product Information
All products offered for sale on bottegatifernate.com are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, Bottega Tifernate does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are free from errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the final product.

2. Prices and Availability
All prices are indicated in Euros and include applicable VAT. Product prices are subject to change without notice. Bottega Tifernate reserves the right to modify or discontinue the availability of any product at any time.

3. Orders
A. Placing an Order: To place an order, you must follow the instructions on the Site and complete the purchase process. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order but only confirmation of receipt.
B. Order Acceptance: Order acceptance occurs only when we send you an email confirming the shipment of the products. Bottega Tifernate reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing or availability errors.

4. Payments
We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site. Payment must be completed at the time of order. In case of non-payment, the order will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery
A. Shipping Times: Shipping times are indicative and not guaranteed. Bottega Tifernate is not responsible for any delays in delivery.
B. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are indicated separately at the time of order and may vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
C. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Bottega Tifernate of your decision to withdraw through an explicit declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

7. Warranty and Claims

8. Limitation of Liability
